 This is the website for the CookieClan. A community of Gamers from Europe & The United States. Our Clan Founders Master & Cookie created the CookieClan in 2006 and we have grown in strength since then. We are a multigaming clan but concentrate our competitive play to the Call of Duty series. Please visit our Community Gamers Forum to discuss any issue.  You do not have to sign up to the clan to view the website or post on the forums so please feel free to post what you want. As of May June 2009 we have now designated our founding CookieClan as a community Gamers Clan where gamers of all ages and interests can congregate, and have set up 6 more focused clan teams who play under our umbrella and finance. We also have 2 x 20slot Ventrillo and 1x 28 slot ventrillo server for the use of our members as well as 2 Teamspeak servers. Please ask admins for information or use our purely public 1 listed at the left of this screen. | |  *INFORAMTION FROM By the POWER of MASTER Clicky me LAN79 winners, and arguably the best CoD4 team in Europe, Reason Gaming have made an alteration in their lineup Following their LAN79 victory, Daniel "Zenith" Johansen made known his intent not to carry on playing for the team, citing more pressing personal commitments as reason for his departure. Prior to this Zenith had made it known that he would only be able to participate at one of the summer's LANs due to work commitments. Though every attempt was made for this to be facilitated, it turned out to be unworkable and his departure was confirmed. He will be replaced by the Finn, Samuli "sLWx" Kettunen, who owes his notoriety to his time in cZar. sLWx will be joining the team in a busy 6 weeks ahead as they travel to OOF3 in Belgium, TeX in Denmark and the UKeSA finals in London. The team now consists of: Christopher "Lighters" Lightburn Jyri "kAMMYz" Högman Tom "D1ablo" Newman Tim "revoltz" Denton Samuli "sLWx" Kettunen Tim "revoltz" Denton explained the situation: "Unfortunately after LAN79 it became clear that Daniel did not wish to continue playing due to personal issues past UKeSA. Although we persuaded him otherwise he was forced to step down a couple of days later through no fault of his own. I'd like to thank Daniel for everything he brought to the team, he's an amazing player and it's a shame that things turned out the way they did on the back of an extremely successful event for us. On the positive side of things we discussed our options over the past week and after trialing various players settled quickly on our final decision. Samuli fits Daniel's old role perfectly and with only two weeks before UKeSA it's hardly an ideal space of time to prepare, but we'll do our best to continue our current streak. Wish us luck!" While Samuli "sLWx" Kettunen spoke of his reaction to the invitation: "I was excited when Jyrppa made the offer to join the team under a week ago but also doubtful if some of the guys would accept me in. Fortunately everything is going extremely well as can be seen by our result against Dignitas last Thursday, with two days time to hardcore party baila baila because of this result we're back to prac! I'd like to thank the management and the team for giving me this oppurtunity and look forward to seeing everybody at UKeSA!" | |
